Include your account email, job ID or order ID when available, and a short description of the issue.

If a generation fails, check your preview or dashboard first. Failed jobs caused by platform or provider errors may return credits automatically or after review.

For unsafe or infringing content reports, include the output URL, job ID, and the reason for the report.
